Classes are open again
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make our activities safe for you to attend with some restrictions in place and limited programmes as we phase our activities for reopening.
We are running a limited amount of classes indoors with a number of measures in place and we would ask those attending to please adhere to these. Social distancing procedures have been put in place and all equipment, surfaces, furniture and utensils will be sterilised before and after use.
In advance of attendance and to reduce paperwork and handling of cash we would ask that you register your attendance prior to attending. Classes are £2.00 per session and can be paid online (preferably) or in person. Membership is £20 per month with unlimited access to all classes. We have also introduced a 10 Class package and 5 Class package where sessions can be paid in advance and booked online. Please click here to see our classes.
We look forward to seeing you!
Annual Colm Quigley
Jog in the Bog 2020
We are very excited to announce that this years virtual race will be celebrated on World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2020 and is proudly sponsored by O’Neill’s Sportwear!!!
Registration is now open and the first 1000 registered will receive a signature Jog in the Bog T shirt manufactured by O’Neills.
We are doing this a bit different this year. You can either run, walk or cycle 5K during the week beginning 5th October 2020. Then send us in your pictures! We will celebrate this event by taking over social media and flooding it with photos of you and your families.
So please get registered early and share this post far and wide. We are taking advantage of our new social distancing rules by trying to take this race global! If you have family or friends abroad, please invite them. Let’s see where we will see our t shirts pop up around the world!
Thank you all for your support. All monies raised will be invested into our Mental Health Services which provide much needed counselling services to people in our City.
We are changing how we work but not what we do!
During this time, we continue to provide support to those who need and we are currently running a limited number of programmes. We are developing new approaches to our activities while ensuring adherences to Government Guidelines and keeping all safe. Please call 028 71365330 or follow us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for updates on activities.
We would like to thank our funders for their support
