About the Event
Our popular 'Life in the Wellness Lane' programme is returning! This June, you are invited to join us as we bring a gentle, fun & holistic approach to help you discover greater ease within yourself.
With the help of our facilitators Fiona McManus Bell, Orla Brady, and Yasmin Leake, maybe even discover strengths you didn't know you had.
Beginning on Tuesday 13th June, this five-week programme will take participants through an immersive experience for the first three weeks led by Fiona & Orla.
In week four, Yasmin will lead participants through a trauma-informed yoga session.
The final week will be a celebration event with holistic therapies for participants to enjoy.
