About the Event
Cost is £30 per person and this includes:
- 1 bike training session per week
- 1 swimming training session per week
- 1 running training session per week
- Mentoring by our experienced facilitators and nutritional advice

- Race transition set up and tips

Swim: 10 pool lengths (250m)
Cycle: 10 mile
Run: 2 mile
