Running twice weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays, the Couch to 5K will finish on Saturday 4th November with a 5K park run. Open to those 18+, all abilities will be catered for The Couch to 5k will be starting on Tuesday 5th September, leaving from the Gasyard Centre at 6pm
