Our Chronic Pain Support programme starts in 2 weeks on Thursday, 15th June. The 7-week programme includes meditation, gentle exercise, aromatherapy, physio/pharmacist advice as well as tips on nutrition, benefits, and sleep. Lots for people who are struggling with chronic pain.
