I think that nature has really helped my mental health my reasons are firstly during lockdown when we would go walks it was so peaceful just to take in the trees and wild flowers also during lockdown we did a lot of gardening it was very therapeutic and fun and kept me sane and calm. - Evan ☘️🌳🍃🌾🌹🌻
